Q: How do I know if my appliance is worth repairing?

A: Not to worry, we will provide you with a fair and honest estimate to repair your appliance before the repair is started. And if you decide that your appliance is not economical to repair, you will only be charged our low diagnostic fee.

Q: If a part is needed, will I have to wait weeks for my appliance to be repaired?

A: No. We stock many parts on hand to have your appliance repaired as fast as possible. In most cases, repairs are completed in a single trip. In rare situations, when a part is a special order and not available locally, we will expedite shipment and usually receive it in less than a week.

Q: My schedule is very hectic, will I have to wait around all day for a technician?

A: We understand some customers have very demanding schedules with little or no time to waste waiting for service. That is why we provide 2-hour windows to all of our valued customers. We can also offer "call ahead" service, where our technician will provide a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival.

Q: How much time will it take to repair my appliance?

A: This depends on the appliance and the extent of the repair. As a result of our extensive ongoing training and up-to-date service bulletins, most repairs take an average of 30 minutes to complete and rarely will a repair take more than 1 hour.

Q: How long are repairs guaranteed?

A: We offer a full 90-day "no worry" guarantee. This means for the first 90 days in which a repair is made, all materials, parts and labor are 100% guaranteed. We also extend a 1-year warranty on most major parts.
